Doctor 2- "But it could work either way, he could wake up in 5 minutes, you never know"

Michael - "Where am I? why am i at the hospital"

Michael - "Excuse me do you know where the nearest telephone box is?"

Random Man - "Its about a mile down the road, i tell you what why dont you use this?"

Michael - "Whats that?"

Random Man - "Its a mobile phone, you dial the number you require, and you can call anyone you want"

Michael - "Oh wow!"

Michael - "Mum, Hello?!"

Margaret - "Son, Michael is that you?"

Michael - "why do you sound so shocked, like you havent heard my voice in ages?! I need to talk you, everything is really weird, everything has changed"

Margaret - "Thats because I havent heard your voice in ages, 35 years to be exact, I'm so glad you woke up from the coma"

Michael - "COMA! 35 YEARS! what happened, what year is it?"

Margaret - "You had a crash Michael, you went into a com, its 2011, you're 56 years old now!"

Michael - "are you serious?! mam, what am i going to do with my life, I dont know whats happened for 35 years, how am I going to live my life"

Maragret - "First you need to get another job or get your old job back, we'll sort the rest out later, I'm so glad I can hear your voice again though, love you!"

Scene 29

Michael (voiceover) - "Get a job, i havent been working for 35 years, i dont know what to do!"

Scene 30

Michael (voiceover) - "If i have to get around everywhere I'm going to have to buy a new car, I have no money and i this is what put me in a coma in the first place, I dont ever want to get back in one"

Scene 31

Michael (voiceover) - "I'm going to have to start my life all over again. Start a family, buy a house, with the money, that i'm never going to get I CANNOT DO THIS!"

I named the film 'Golden Years' after reseaching songs from 1976 in which my film is first set, and found this song by David Bowie and so i have decided to put this track in the background of the sequence i am filming.

practice shots

I decided not to use these shots because the framing is awful and the scenery has nothing to do with the action im supposed to be shooting.

The lighting on one of the shots deflects the audience from seeing the main action, and because of this i am going to reshoot.
