Aims

Aims: My aim is to create a sequence of a film called ‘Golden Years’ which its main genre is Sci-fi with comedy and mystery as its sub genres, as it has elements of films already used for these genres such as the TV drama ‘Life On Mars, although I think, nothing like this has really been done before. I hope to give the audience the feeling of surrealism and make them think they’re living the main characters life. I will be using ‘Golden Years’ by David Bowie as my background song, also using the idea from the programme Life On Mars, other influences were Kill Bill with the coma scene, I have used similar aspects of cinematography from volume 1 with the scene I am using for my film. I will be using many over the shoulder shots to make the audience feel as if they are on the journey with Michael, along with close up/medium close ups to show the characters reactions and emotions, which is important as we want to see Michaels feelings when finding out he’s missed most of his life.
